About our Designer:
Danielle Zirk, a Hawaiian-based artist, mother and surfer, finds her inspiration and joy in the vibrant embrace of Hawaii and the love of her 'Ohana. Danielle’s art and designs reflect the kaleidoscope of colors and sounds of the Hawaiian islands, with each brushstroke echoing the aloha spirit. Danielle has designed two unique Turkish towels for our OHA Towels line, Hawaiian Nights and Pipeline, each of which uniquely capture the virtues of Aloha, Mahalo, 'Ohana and Pono that form the cornerstone of the Shaka Love brand. The Pipeline towel was specifically inspired by local Hawaiian professional surfer and her partner in life, Shayden Pacarro. The image on the towel is of Shayden crushing the world famous Pipeline waves on the North Shore of Oahu.
